A. We use Panthenol as an ingredient which soothes and calms the skin. So they are safe to use for sensitive skin. However, if you are still unsure, then patch test the product on your jawline for 4-6 hours. If you observe any redness, irritation or burning do not use the product. If the reaction persists, consult a dermatologist.

A. Yes, Our products are formulated without any ingredients derived from animals.

Q. Do I need to use any other product along with your product?
A. Our morning face oil works as a serum+ moisturiser+ sunscreen. And our night jelly creme works as a serum+ moisturiser+ anti ageing creme. So, using our product standalone is sufficient.

Q. Are your products safe to use while pregnant?
A. Our products have not been tested on pregnant women and lactating mothers. Please consult with your dermatologist before use.

Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on all our orders. Once you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation message through your Email. It generally takes 5-6 days for delivery to your doorstep.

 Cash on delivery

We offer a free delivery for all our COD orders, however we would request you to not deny the courier provider when the parcel reaches your doorstep. This helps us in hassle free smooth delivery in future.

 Cancellations

Orders that are placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 6-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
